It integrates ecological, social and economic dimensions to identify thresholds within which forests, management and forest value chains can maintain biodiversity, resilience and ecosystem services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Five case-study areas in Italy, Romania, Spain, Germany and Norway are analysed using forest inventories, remote sensing, DPSIR indicators, climate and socio-economic scenarios and spatially explicit modelling.
