ForestLab contributed to the Po Valley Demo in the Milan metropolitan area, where new experimental forests were established to test planting strategies better adapted to future climatic conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activities compared initial planting densities and geographic provenances and monitored soil conditions, survival, growth and vegetation competition.
